Please report any defect within 24 hours of receipt.
Items must be returned in unworn condition in the original packaging.
I am happy to exchange rings or bangles (non-personalised) for a different size or necklaces for a different chain length, however a return postage charge of £6.95 will apply so please take care to measure carefully before purchasing.
I recommend that jewellery is returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery (the only service which insures the jewellery against loss or damage).
Refunds will be made upon receipt of the item in the condition in which it was dispatched. Please ensure you supply me with the tracking code and retain your PO receipt until delivery has been confirmed by SilverSynergy.
All jewellery should be handled with care - particularly chains which are delicate items.
If a defect occurs with a chain within 6 months of purchase, a replacement chain will be supplied upon return of the defective chain.
Damage to chains outwith this period can occur as the result of wear and tear. If this occurs, please contact me and I can provide information regarding the cost of a new chain.

Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 28 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
